At least it was better than last year...
Since cake seems to be our default dessert for important feast days, I made yet another cake for Pentecost today. I was planning to make something a little more elegant than this, last year's effort:

Welcome back! At least you remebered Pentecost! I have been so busy doing nothing important that I didn't even think about it until we walked into Church Sunday morning!
